Birthday Party Packages

Always book for the number of climbers you are inviting, in case they all rsvp “yes.”  You will only be required to pay in full for your booking and can reduce the total number of climbers once you confirm attendance but may not be able to increase your booking due to limited climbing capacity.  There is no penalty to reduce your booking up to 72 hours prior to the booking.

Typical party timetable: (EXAMPLE)

Booking Time: 1:00pm- You & your guests will need to arrive at 1:00pm.  This is to ensure the party guests arrive on time without delay to your party climb!

Please send out the Participant Waiver to everyone attending.

Briefing Time: 1:15pm-1:30pm – This is a safety brief that all climbers must participate in, alongside getting fitted for a climbing harness. Parents are encouraged to attend safety briefings with their children.

Climbing Time: 1:30pm-2:25pm (55 minutes)

Debriefing Time: 2:25pm-2:30pm – Removal of harnesses and giving out certificates.

Party Room: 2:30pm-3:15pm

Parties will include:

• Digital Invitations for you to give out
• Designated Climbing Instructor for your party
• Jug of tap water for the table (upon request)

*Please Note: Food and Drink can be brought in.  All the major Pizza Delivery places deliver to the Clip ‘n Climb*

Party Room

• Party Bottles – drink bottles filled with a wrist band, fridge magnet, pin badge, sticker and a treat and only cost £5 each
• Wristbands – silicone wristbands, £1.50 each.

Of course! Don’t forget the golden rule of Clip ‘n Climb Liverpool…EVERYONE is welcome. Contact our events coordinator and we will put together a special arrangement for you.

Group Bookings

We also offer some great deals for group booking packages. These can just include the climbing or we can add room options for your group as well.
